I’ve done the extreme fitness thing. I’ve been a slave to the gym. I’ve been 8% body fat. I’ve restricted carbs and calories. From the outside I looked “healthy”, and I was praised for my discipline. I will tell you now, what looks healthy on the outside, is not always healthy on the inside.
My body was sick. I was infertile, no libido, always cold, anxious, thinning hair, lack of mental space & energy for things other than food & exercise, and never satisfied with my body, it was never enough.
I now know health is so much more than the number on the scale, or body fat percentage. I believe you can show up for yourself each and every day, pursuing health, without running yourself into the ground (and messing up your hormones in the process). True health considers mental health, along with physical health that can be sustained through all different seasons and chapters of life.
Let’s ditch the extremes, and get healthy for the long haul!

A specialized training experience for new mommas. This training guide is a semi-customizable, at-home program that will take you from birth to 6-months postpartum. The goals is to get you back into exercise and doing the things you love without pain and injury. The program is split into 4 phases (recover, rehab, regain strength, and restore confidence).
Personal training sessions, offered in-person (North County San-Diego), or online via Zoom. Get a customized, hands-on training experience to reach your goals, stay motivated, and master exercise form and efficiency. Learn functional strength focused programming, and skills for long-term health. Mobile training options for your convenience!
