I'm Brittney! I'm an athlete, a coach, a cook, a friend, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an outdoors lover, a foodie, sweat seeker, and I love life. I believe in challenging our bodies to reach new heights, and balancing that out with self care and rest. I appreciate the power of discipline and hard work. I acknowledge that fitness and health looks different on everyone. There's not one perfect body shape or size. Health is more than meets the eye. Fitness is a very individual thing and I'm here to help you find your fittest most confident self the way that works best for you, rooting that confidence deeper than the scale.
When you take care of yourself, you can better take care of those around you! I want you to find JOY in this process. Health and fitness should be fun and rewarding. Do it for the right reasons. I hope to inspire women to find beauty in strength and inner confidence in a world where the idea of beauty has been so distorted. I believe true beauty is being strong and confident in your own skin and I hope to help as many people I can to find that. My approach is a balanced and consistent lifestyle. No quick fixes, no gimmicks, no starving or deprivation.
• Gaining my period back naturally after 3.5 years without it.
• Seeing women I train gain confidence in themselves through physical abilities and mindset, not just a number on the scale.
• Hearing clients tell me they are learning how to be comfortable in their skin
• I ran my first marathon last year & won first place in my age group in my first Olympic triathlon!
• Successfully teaching TRX classes at Lady Fitness® in Düsseldorf, Germany (I don't speak German!)
• Living abroad for 13 months and getting to see more of the world!

"I highly recommend Brittney Motzkus as a personal trainer. She worked with me twice a week, guiding me through workouts, being a great listener and supporter when I needed to talk, provided great guidance when it came to making the right food choices. She loves and cares about her clients and was always available outside of the gym. I would not be where I am today without Brittney!"
- Julie Cobb (busy mom of 2)
“I started with Britt during the first trimester of my third pregnancy. I was amazed how strong and in shape I was able to stay the entire 9 months! Britt was mindful and sensitive to my situation, but pushed enough to keep me in phenomenal condition. Brits workouts are current, versatile, and intense!! I get excited to workout with her each and every time!”

“Brit has been great to train with. Her workouts are tough and efficient, and no wasted time. She keeps things interesting with unique and challenging moves, and changes them up every session. There is no time to get bored and after just a few weeks I already felt like I was making strides and getting stronger. She’s terrific!”

“There is nothing better than getting your body back after having kids. Brittney has been an awesome motivator for me to keep on my health goals. She is great at being flexible with my schedule. I love how diverse Brittney’s exercise routines are as well. She is great about applying muscle confusion, I don’t feel stuck in my usual routines. I am shedding off my pregnancy fat and being more energized as a mommy. Thanks Britt!”

"I've really learned how to plan a menu and cook for myself which is huge! I also learned what is healthy and I didn't really know that completely before. Overall, I think I accomplished all of my goals I had with this. And I'm down 2 dress sizes!! Thanks so much Britt!"
