How it works.... 1) Click the button below to start the process. Grab your workout buddy (up to 4 people in a group)  2) We will Schedule your FREE 30 minute consultation in person or via skype/facetime. 3) From there we can decide on the right package for the group, and talk about future schedule and location. 4) You will have unlimited contact with me via Email. All in person training comes with dietary help based on your food journal assessment you complete in the first week of training. Each session is 1 hour.

$98 you get:

  • a 8 week training plan, 5 planned workouts per week.
  • This plan utilizes body weight exercises and minimal equipment (a step, booty bands, sliders). Workouts can be done at home
  • Access to all of my workout videos (password protected on my website)
  • Weekly Check in with me. You'll be held accountable and learn how to set goals each week
  • A personalized nutrition consultation and weekly check ins with Britt

Who's this for?? Someone near the beginning of their fitness journey. Has worked out in the past, but now really wants some guidance and to start feeling healthier and better about themselves. Someone ready to bump their workouts to 3-5 days a week. The busy mom who needs to fit in a workout at home while her kids are napping. Or the student living in a dorm without equipment, but wants a killer workout during a study break. Learn how to master the basics, get your heart rate up, burn fat, and feel awesome! These workouts can also be done on the go, at the park, while you're traveling, at the beach, etc.

  • a 8 week training plan, 5 planned workouts per week. 
  • This plan utilizes some body weight exercises mixed with more Dumbbells, bands, sliders, and introducing Kettlebells. Workouts are taken up a notch from the basic program
  • Access to all of my workout videos (password protected on my website)
  • Weekly Check in with me. You'll be held accountable and learn how to set goals each week
  • to start things off, we'll schedule a 30 minute nutrition consultation so I can assess your current standings with the food fueling your body. 

Who's it for?? You've been working out for a while now, you know your way around some weights, but you're stuck in a rut. You find yourself doing the same old routine and not seeing any results. You like to workout at home and at the gym. This plan gives you a mix. You need some guidance and accountability in your life. This ones for you girl.

MY APPROACH TO FOOD

I don't believe in diets or quick fixes, just fueling your body with whole foods. You can shed a few pounds quickly with an extreme diet, but extreme diets are not ideal for lasting change. Why would we even want to start something that isn't maintainable? That's why I emphasize focusing on eating real food to get real results. When working with you, my client, we work together to find what works best for you and your goals. Starting where you're at is so important! With experience I've learned that different approaches work for different people. Everyone has a different relationship with food.
