My personal training services now available through a convenient and affordable online service. This 8 week, Intermediate - training program is Level 2 of 3 levels in this training series. Each provides a workout guide that will challenge and improve your strength, balance, endurance, and leave you with that healthy (and sweaty) glow when you're done.

This program has you working 5 days a week, and resting for 2. Level 2 is designed to push you, building strength and burning fat. It is a mix of body weight exercises, band work, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio intervals. The workouts progress in intensity as you get stronger. 

Along with the workouts, you will have exclusive access to the tutorial videos on my website to guide you through each exercise.

This Training Program includes a 1:1 nutrition assessment with me, via skype or facetime. We will schedule this first thing, before you get started on the training. This is so we can get your nutrition goals going and on track with where you're at currently. You will get a weekly check in email through the 8 weeks from me regarding these goals, and I'll hold you accountable!
