What to expect:

• Click on the purchase button fill out the form as you go

• You will receive my nutrition guidelines starter pack upon purchase to your email

• After the questionnaire is sent in, Britt will go to work creating your Grocery list, menu plan, and recipe book.

• Easy peasy! If you make your purchase before Thursday, you will get your plan for the following week by Saturday so that you can do your shopping. If you send it in on Thursday or after Thursday, you will get your plan for the following week.

• With this option you will get a complete months guidance with weekly check ins with Britt
