Group Training - 4 Session Package
Train with Brit and your friends! Join a group or build your own. These sessions are designed for 2-5 people. Mobile training style, we will decide on time and location after initial consultation.
Workouts will be customized to fit the needs of each person in the group. Brit’s training approach focuses on functional strength movements, and breathe & form guidance through each exercise.
Brit’s goal is to have you leaving each session feeling better than you came and ready to take on your day, come what may!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
After purchase, you will receive an email with a health history questionnaire to fill out, going over your pregnancy & birth experience and other details that will help Brit cater your workouts specifically to you
Training will begin with a free 30 min. consultation call with Brit, going over your health history questionnaire, talk about location and scheduling, the group dynamic, and a chance to ask Brit any questions you may have before getting started
We will coordinate the location and the time as a group
Each session will be 45 minutes long
You will receive Brits Nutrition and menu planning guide with your training
You will have access to Brit any time throughout the week via text or email
