Customized monthly workout programs you can do on your own schedule in the comfort of your own home with your own equipment, or at a gym.
Brit uses her years of experience and knowledge to curate the best program for you and your body. The workouts are dynamic, and efficient, to make the most out of your workout time as a busy Momma.
This monthly programming can be catered to the pregnant Momma, or works perfectly as a continuation after graduating from the 6 month postpartum training guide.
Each workout comes with a PDF with links to tutorial videos for each exercise.
WHO’S IT FOR:
You’ve completed the 6 months of postpartum-specific training, and are feeling ready to move forward, but still want some guidance from a trainer
You love exercising, but are a busy mom who doesn’t have time to figure out your work out plan on your own
General workout classes and Youtube videos leave you feeling a little achey & tweaked, or you just aren’t feeling the results you want to feel
You’re looking for a program that will prepare you for the physical demands of motherhood, build lean muscle mass, and give you energy rather than deplete it
You want a program designed by a fellow Mom that considers your hormone health, and the status of your pelvic floor & core postpartum
You want support from a trainer who believes in you and encourages non-aesthetic goals
WHAT TO EXPECT:
After purchase, you will receive an email with a health history questionnaire to fill out, going over your pregnancy & birth experience and other details that will help Brit cater the program to your needs.
The program will begin with a 30 min. Zoom call consultation with Brit, going over your health history questionnaire, a brief movement assessment to check alignment, physical tendencies, and form, and a chance to ask Brit any questions you may have.
Following the consultation call, you will recieve your 4 week guide via email. The guide will be a PDF you can download to your device with direct links to tutorial videos for each exercise
The guide will include warm-ups & 3-4 workouts per week. We will discuss what to do on your active rest days or cardio days in between.
You will receive weekly check-ins from Brit and will have contact with her as you need throughout the month.
The workouts will be designed for the equipment you have available to you
