Train privately, 1:1, with Brit. Training sessions can take place in your home gym (if within travel radius), or at a nearby park.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
After purchase, you will receive an email with a health history questionnaire to fill out, going over your pregnancy & birth experience and other details that will help Brit cater your workouts specifically to you
Training will begin with a free 30 min. consultation call with Brit, going over your health history questionnaire, talk about location and scheduling, and a chance to ask Brit any questions you may have before getting started
Each session will be 45 minutes long
You will receive Brits Nutrition and menu planning guide with your training
You will have access to Brit any time throughout the week via text or email
